These sessions use a model of relationship built on co-creation rather than competition. We work with awareness of patterns the couple has established individually and together. Mindfulness of the patterns develops better understanding of what is positive and supportive in the relationship as well as greater facility in moving through the counter-productive patterns. Each person has the opportunity to be heard and supported in direct speech of feelings, thoughts and agreements. The process is based on Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples.
